ALUZ luminaires labeled “Manufactured in U.S.A” are Made in America. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), products must be “all or virtually all” made in the U.S. in order to qualify as “Made in America.” Our luminaires labeled “Manufactured in U.S.A.” are proudly made in California.
ALUZ’s certified luminaires labeled “Manufactured in U.S.A.” have been manufactured with materials that qualify as “Domestic Construction Material.” “Domestic Construction Material” is defined in the Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) Clause 52225-11 Buy American Act-Construction Materials under the American Recovery and Re-investment ACT (ARRA) of 2009.
