ALUZ luminaires labeled “Manufactured in U.S.A” are Made in America. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), products must be “all or virtually all” made in the U.S. in order to qualify as “Made in America.” Our luminaires labeled “Manufactured in U.S.A.” are proudly made in California.

Build America, Buy America

ALUZ’s certified luminaires labeled “Manufactured in U.S.A.” are designed and manufactured to support compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) for federally assisted infrastructure projects subject to BABA. Under BABA and its implementing regulations (including 2 CFR Part 184), qualifying manufactured products must be produced in the United States and, unless otherwise defined by applicable law or regulation, must have been produced, or manufactured in the U.S., comprising more than 55 % of the total cost of components, with all required manufacturing processes occurring domestically.
